January 2017 has come to an end and I must say it’s been a pretty good start to the new year. My mission was to be enhance my productivity in addition to making my life more simple, especially while traveling. I feel that I’m progressing each day and a few new products has helped along the way. The items listed below made quite the impact throughout this entire month, and I now consider to be a part of my list of essentials. Check-out some my top January favorites of 2017:

Colgate Portable Mini-Brush Pack

This item may sound basic, but trust when I say it will always come in handy. The Colgate Portable Mini-Brush Pack is a dispensable set of small tooth brushes. I like the feeling of having clean teeth and fresh breath and when you’re constantly on the go and talking to people throughout the day, there’s the need to continuously refresh. Mint gum was my go-to staple but these mini brushes set the bar. Great item to have while traveling, when you’re out and about, or if you’re obsessed with having fresh breath.

Large Vera Bradley Duffel Bag

I received this Vera Bradley Duffel Bag as a Christmas gift and it has been quite useful. The more I travel, the less I acquire to bring along because nine times out of ten I’m not using it. I absolutely despise overpacking and the Vera Bradley Duffel Bag has been a tremendous aid. It’s spacious enough to hold only the items that I need. Perfect for short trips, weekend getaways, or just for those who are constantly on the go. On top of that, it’s a very cute bag to have.

New York Times Bestseller: “Rich Dad Poor Dad”

A friend of mine told me about this book and how it’s one of those types you’d want to read multiple times. After reading it, I now can understand the fascination. I started reading Rich Dad Poor Dad this month it has elevated my perception of money and how to make it work in your best interest.  Rich Dad Poor Dadinfluenced me to reevaluate the way I spend money and it also encouraged me to learn more about financial literacy. In my opinion, everyone would find this book to be of value when it comes to their finances.
